Buyer Agreement: 

By purchasing an item from our store, you acknowledge and agree that: 

  • Any item you purchase is a pre-order item. Any products purchased have not yet been produced, and thus will not ship for 1-3 months. 
  • International orders may take up to 8 weeks to arrive at their destination after they have been shipped. Domestic orders can take a week or more.
  • All purchases are for personal use only. Unauthorized sale, redistribution, or purchases made for commercial use are strictly prohibited.
  • Digital zines will not be emailed to you until the time that physical products ship. 
  • If from the European Union or United Kingdom, you will be paying your own VAT upon your items arriving.

 

Return/Refund Policy:

  • You, the buyer, are able to refund your order any time before the end of the pre-order period. When the pre-order period ends, so does the window for refunds.
  • Similarly, you are able to change or cancel your order any time before the end of the pre-order period. You may not do so afterward. 
  • We will run a quality control check on all products to the best of our ability. Should one be damaged in transit, please email us photos and we will discuss a refund or replacement should stock levels allow.
  • Any damages that occur after the product is unpackaged are not covered under this policy and will not be refunded or replaced.
  • Any buyer that gives us the wrong address may not be eligible for a refund or replacement, or may have to pay additional fees.

 

Shipping: 

  • Shipping is estimated to begin no later than 4 months after the end of the pre-order period. 
  • When items are ready to be shipped, confirmation emails will be sent for buyers to confirm their addresses. 
  • To update your shipping address, please email us.
